We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with a passion for technology to work alongside the customer’s engineering team to apply Iot to practical issues of interoperability and asset utilisation.  Good with people, you will have the skills to understand the customer’s challenges and enable them to implement our Twins.  Flexibility of thought and an approachable manner are important to enable you to deliver high value as an ambassador for the company. What You’ll Do

The Project Manager in the Customer Delivery team will have in-depth engagement with the customer and close relationships with the Iotic engineering team. You will help define the project and deliverables, coordinate people and processes for the flawless execution of our innovative proposition, ensuring a successful delivery within the agreed scope, budget and timeline.

You will have responsibility for the successful initiation, scoping, planning, design, execution, monitoring and closure of our projects. You will collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to create a positive feedback loop from our customers, and support opportunities for organic account growth working closely with the Commercial team.

 

Key responsibilities include

  • Coordinating internal technical and engineering resources, client stakeholders, third parties/vendors
  • Defining project scope and objectives
  • Developing and tracking a pragmatic project plan against time and budget
  • Monitoring and reporting progress, risks and performance issues, escalating as required
  • Managing resource availability and allocation
  • Managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs in collaboration with commercial manager
  • Measuring project performance
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation
  • Monitoring and controlling quality, compliance and customer satisfaction

 

About you

Requirements

  • Experience in PaaS or SaaS project management, or other related experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Strong program-management skills, PMP certification preferred
  • Project management background in software implementation and rollout ideally for enterprise customers
  • Excellent communication skills, including customer engagement and liaison
  • Ability to think independently and organize work with little day-to-day direction
  • Flexibility in response to changing circumstances
  • A can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
  • Passion for your work and a sense of humour
