PRE-AGREED TIMING PLAN

Prior to starting the recruitment process, we will agree timelines for you to receive a suitable number of CVs from us. Following this, we’ll arrange a set time for first, second and possibly, third interviews.

 

We will provide feed-back to both you and the candidates within 24 hours of each interview session.  Following successful interviewing, you can then confidently proceed to offer stage.

 

You will always have complete transparency on what the interview activity will look like, as well as how long it will take to make an offer to the candidate of your choice.

 

CONSISTENT CANDIDATE BRIEFING

Once the brief has been agreed with you, this will form the basis of the detailed, position and person specification we will discuss with every candidate being considered.

 

Subsequently, candidates selected for interview by you will receive a full brief and our understanding of your company, goals, overall culture, the hiring manager and the relevant team involved. Consistency of message is important so the hiring manager is in the strongest position possible to decide which of the candidates shows most understanding of and desire for the role.
